In order to preserve the beauty and peacefulness of
The Plum Tree House for all our guests,
smoking and pets are not permitted.

A Reservation Deposit of 50% of the rental rate
is due upon making reservation.
The balance of the rental plus a $200 security deposits due at scheduled arrival.

The Security Deposit will be refunded
(less any service, repair or excess cleaning charges)
within 10 days after the scheduled departure date.

Booking may be cancelled one week prior to arrival dates.
Should your schedule change and require you
to cancel your stay less than one week before your scheduled arrival,
we will return 50% of your Reservation Deposit.

Your reservation is guaranteed with your deposit.
